November Scrappie Stampers!!!

Goodness, I haven't posted in almost a month, and I'm posting twice in one evening. I had my November club last night for my Scrappie Stampers-10 group.  We all had a wonderful time.  I know I've said this before, but I have such awesome ladies in both of my clubs. 

We made two cards, and a mini pizza box using the new Winter Post set from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  We made the Winter Post Pizza box, but I also made one to match the red and vanilla snowflake card.  I used my cuttlebug and quickutz dies to cut out the circle in the lid.  I'm planning on making a large gourmet snowflake sugar cookie to place in the box.  I love the window!!!

Card 1:

 

Card 1 Ingredients: Very Vanilla and Real Red Cardstock, Winter Post Stamp Set (from the holiday mini catalog), 1-1/4 Riding Hood Red/Very Vanilla Candy Cane Stripped Ribbon, circle quickutz die.

Card 2:

 

Isn't this card cozy??  I think I'm in love with the new ribbons in the Holiday Mini Catalog.  The felt ribbon is so incredibly awesome.  It just adds a warmth that is so perfect!!  Not to mention, brown is one of my favorite colors!!! How couldn't I love this card!  Yes, that's an ink smudge on the left :(   It must have happened as it was being passed around between the tables last night at the workshop.  

Card 2 Ingredients: Chocolate Chip, and Kraft Cardstock, Holiday Treasures Designer Series Paper,  Winter Post Stamp Set, Chocolate Chip Classic Stamp Pad, Alpine Ribbon from the Holiday Mini Catalog, Scallop Edge Punch, Seasons of Cheer Rub Ons', Mat Pack and Paper Piercer.

This is such a quick and super easy project.  I plan on using this for so many things this Christmas.  Here are just a few ideas I have running thru my head: great to hold notecards, jewelery, gourmet cookies or other holiday treats!!!!

Mini Pizza Box Ingredients: Kraft Cardstock, Winter Post Stamp Set, Chocolate Chip Ink, Alpine Ribbon, Label Punch.

We didn't make the card below in our club this month, but it's another sample of a card using the Winter Post set. 

Lots to share....

It's hard to believe it's already Sunday evening, can anybody please tell me how to get an extra dozen hours out of a day???   I'm so sorry it's been so long since I've posted.  October was a very busy month to say the least.  I hope I haven't lost any visitors thinking that I'm not posting anymore, just crazy busy.  I want to catch up and I have no idea where to begin so I'm just going to start off where I left off!!

• The last time I posted I was it was mid-Oct. and I was sharing with you all the fun we had at my first Scrappie Stamper's Clubs.  I have 19 awesome women that are in my two clubs and what a great group they both are.  Here are the little "Thank You" gifts that I made for each of the members at our first get together in October. I can't believe I haven't shared these with you all sooner.  They were a huge hit, they had them tied to their little totes before they even left for the evening.

 

• Next on to our trip to Maryland to Butlers Orchard.  We had a great time seeing Julia play in her softball game - love those pink uniforms!!  Alex and Cameron thought Zachary was as famous as a Pittsbugh Steeler when they watched him board the "Players Only Bus" after his football game. 

        The weather was so spectacular that we had to take the kids to Butlers Orchard to pick the     perfect pumpkin!!!  Below is a picture of Cameon with their cousin's Julia and Zachary.

 

 

•  The boys had a wonderful time at their school parties.  They both decided to dress up as vampires.  Cameron was excited to get in full gear, including the white face.  Alex decided to save it for Trick-or-Treating, but unfortunately Alex had caught a horrible stomach bug at 5pm on Halloween night.  But no worries, we saved the white paint for next year and Cameron and David got more than enough candy to last quite some time.  I hope you enjoy the pic's below of the boys at their school parties, and the Halloween treats I made for each of their classmates. 

 

     

• Here are the treats they took to school  Cameron took the long Hershey Bar's and Alex took the little sour cream containers (filled with a mini candy bar, tattoo's a spider and stickers).  It's all about the treats, right????
